Summer Gatherings
The Y-TOP Summer Gatherings unite people worldwide for 12 days, fostering personal growth through diverse activities each year in a different country. Rooted in respect and shared principles, participants, aged 15 and above, enjoy enriching experiences, gaining leadership skills, and forming connections for a better world.
Activities
The gatherings program is designed yearly with the collaboration of everyone divided into "Family of the day" groups. Through meetings and questionnairs during the months before the events, we develop a collective vision to be explored during the 12 days.
Our activities include:
- Learning and Fun: Engaging activities designed for education, enjoyment and creativity.
- Cooking Together: Shared culinary experiences to promote teamwork and collaboration.
- Day Trips: Excursions to explore local attractions and culture.
- Explorations: Opportunities for discovery, connect with nature and adventure.
- Cohabiting: Collective efforts to maintain a clean shared space and learning to live together.
- Volunteering: Oppurtunity to joyfully give back to the hosting community and country.
- Festival day: Sharing talents and engaging with the community and public.

Summer Gatherings
The core of the Y-TOP is a set of principles, standards and agreements which ensure everyone's safety, security, wellbeing and trust.
During the gatherings we manage to create a sentiment of togetherness, a unity that reaches beyond frontiers, differences and political, religious and personal agendas. Since we are coming from various backgrounds and lifestyles we join together in an agreement of respect whilst honoring oneself, others, nature and the hosting country.

Summer Gatherings
By applying to a Y-top Summer Gathering we become both participants and creators of the event: we all take responsability and contribute with our unique essence. The core of the gatherings is to fortify the human life of each unique individual and to promote elevation for a better world, creating a citizenship where human qualities are the forming foundation.
